Standard Shipping

 

For orders over $150 - FREE 
3-7 business days, Regional areas may take longer.

Express Shipping 

For all orders - $ 14.00
1-3 business days ,regional areas may take bit longer.

Please visit Australia Post to get a more accurate delivery timeframe.

Important: Please note that all Return to Sender parcels due to incorrect details provided will incur a $10.00 fee.

 International Orders
We are currently unable to fulfil international orders.

Delivery Process

Products will be sent via registered post using Australia Post. All orders are shipped from Queensland, Australia. We endeavour to dispatch orders which are in stock within 2 business days of receiving confirmation of payment.

Whyte oak has no control over, and makes no warranty in relation, to the performance of Australia Post or any other company which we may use to deliver our goods. Due to a high volume of orders during sale periods there may be delays in dispatching orders. 

Please note: Your order will be delivered to your nominated address and a signature will be required .If you are not home a Missed Delivery Card will be left advising which post office to collect your parcel from.

Authority to leave option

If you have chosen Authority to leave option at checkout, your parcel will be left at your front door with no signature required .WHYTE OAK cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your online order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with delivery tracking link so that you can track and trace your order at any time.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated.

You can also track the status of your order on  Australia Post  website.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

It is your responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address details have been entered at the time of ordering. WHYTE OAK is not liable for any costs associated with resending an order due to delivery address details being incorrect.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days for Australian deliveries or 20 days for New Zealand deliveries from the date of order or is damaged in transit, please email us on hello@whyteoak.com.au so that we can assist you.
